CEDAIRE: Return & Refund Policy
At Cedaire, your satisfaction is our cosmic priority! We craft unique, high-quality pieces, and we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below:

1. General Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Special Considerations for Pre-Order Items
Our Solar Kiss and Cosmic Blush dresses (and other pre-order items) are meticulously hand-sewn and produced specifically for you after your purchase. This bespoke process requires time to ensure the highest quality.
 * Production & Shipping Time: Please anticipate a production and shipping time of more than 3 months from the date of your pre-order purchase. This extended timeline is factored into the pre-order model.
 * Return Window for Pre-Orders: The 14-day return window officially begins ONLY once you have physically received your pre-ordered item(s).
 * Pre-Order Cancellations: Due to the custom production nature of pre-orders, we generally do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. We begin allocating resources and materials for your piece shortly after your purchase. If you have an urgent concern about a pre-order before it ships, please contact us immediately.


3. Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at shop.cedaire@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


8. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (unless defective), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

9. European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
